Will it be worker's responsibility or economy-feudalism?

So far being covered by a press release in the news, published on August 04 in 2007 (ddp, DER SPIEGEL).
Interestingly there was no protest to be heard by employee representations or unions.
In conjunction with the visible growing "New Classic" trend this development seems to be a logical conclusion.
This trend in labour relations can be translated into two different directions:
1. Employer and employment - personal safety and community
2. Employer/company as strict entity
